Payment with VNPAY

The VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers use their bank cards/accounts, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR features integrated into the Mobile Banking applications of various banks, or linked e-wallets to make transactions and enter discount codes (if available)

Payment methods via VNPAY

  1. Payment method through the “Payment Support App with VNPAY-QR”

Step 1: Select your desired products or services and choose to Pay Now or Place Order
On the checkout page, please review your selected items, provide complete recipient information, choose VNPAY as the payment method, and press the “Place Order” button.

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the method “Payment Support App with VNPAY-QR”

Step 3: The system displays the QR code along with the payment amount. Please verify the amount. Use your banking app (as listed), select “Scan Code” and proceed to scan the QR code on the website payment screen

*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes
To ensure a successful payment process, please review the conditions and scan procedures on your phone in advance to be prepared, avoiding any time-related issues that may affect your payment and promotional codes.

Step 4: Verify information, enter the discount code (if applicable), and complete the payment.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation notification for the placed order on the website.

Guide to payment using the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature

  1. Payment method via “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts”

Step 1: Choose your products or services and select “Pay Now” or “Place Order”.
On the checkout page, please review your selected items, provide complete recipient information, choose VNPAY as the payment method, and press the “Place Order” button.

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the method “Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts” and select the bank you want to use for card payment from the list.

Step 3: Please enter the required card/account information and select “Continue”. An OTP code will be sent to the registered phone; enter the OTP code to complete the transaction.

*Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.

Step 4: Upon completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation notification for the successful order placement on the website.
